Job Context:
∎ We are currently looking for full-time student support executives to assist our students in the enrolment process, advising current and prospective students on courses. It`s an entry-level role, and previous work experiences will be an added advantage but not essential. The desired candidates must be energetic and friendly and have excellent social and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This role is responsible for providing AuPI students with a high-quality learning experience and helping them prepare for the corresponding exam. The general expectations from this role are:
∎ Maintain a cordial and friendly relationship with the current and potential students of AuPI.
∎ Communicate with the current and potential students of AuPI regularly.
∎ Undergo continuous email correspondences, phone calls and web meetings to convert potential leads.
∎ Enrol students.
∎ Undertake one-on-one student consultation for administrative support.
∎ Continuously update student information and activity logs on the AuPI student information system (ASIS).
∎ Assist the students in smoothly navigating the learning management system and finding course resources.
∎ Identify and contact students not progressing well.
∎ Explore new relationships and networks to grow business.
∎ Generate innovative ideas for marketing activities, events and promotional campaigns.
∎ Demonstrate a solid presence on the social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
∎ Participate in meetings, and
∎ Liaise with AuPI staff in Australia.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ To be successful in this role, you must meet the following selection criteria/skill requirements :
∎ Our company is in Sydney, Australia. This role is remote (online), and you can work from anywhere or at home. However, you must have an appropriate remote working environment (e.g., good internet connection, standard webinar equipment, quiet space, decent background etc.) that enables you to provide high-level support to our students and leads.
∎ You must have your own computer/laptop with a good internet connection.
∎ You must be available to work full-time. 9 am to 5 pm - Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday (negotiable).
∎ It would be best if you had Bachelor or higher degree in any discipline. Qualification in computer science or IT is preferable.
∎ High proficiency in English speaking is highly essential. Former Students of English medium schools are encouraged to apply.
∎ You must have excellent ability in English writing.
∎ You must be reasonably good at MS word, MS Excel, web browsing and social media platforms.
∎ Past work experience is not essential but will be an added advantage.
∎ Any extra-curricular activities or volunteering work experiences are highly appreciated.
∎ It would help if you were highly passionate about social media platforms and networking.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Plus Sales commission Performance bonuses. Two festival bonuses.
