Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for an expert who has profound knowledge on student visa processing in countries such as USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Japan, China etc.
∎ The applicant's should provide accurate feedback of queries over phone or social media's to the student
∎ Oversees the development and implementation of specific marketing and recruitment strategies for students.
∎ Collaborates with staff and outside agencies in resolving prospective student issues relating to admission
∎ Collects and reviews documents submitted for admissions (e.g. domestic and foreign educational transcripts)
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Write detailed scholarship pages with comprehensive contents
∎ Follow processes and workflows to improve the content creation process
∎ Creating clear and accurate content with exceptional attention to detail (i.e. spelling, grammar, format, structured content, etc.)
∎ Strong connection and alliance with VFS, foreign mission, MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and Govt. agencies respectively.
