• Candidates must have experiences as Student Counselor. Also they should have clear idea about INDIA, UK, Canada, Australia, USA & Europe admission and Visa process.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
• Experience in consultancy Agency required (India, China, Malaysia, UK, USA, Canada many   more)  
• Experience in Marketing sector or customer care sector.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Mid-Level computer skills, MS Office Applications, Good communication skills in English.
• Candidate must have related work experience in the same industry.
• Need to be good in presentation skill.
• Must have good command over English and proficiency in using Computer and Internet (MS Word, Excel, typing, emailing, researching etc.).
• Must be well dressed, presentable, smart, matured, well organized and punctual.
• Must have excellent phone manners and a lot of patience.

Job Responsibilities & Context:

Counselling with the students over phone regarding admission, scholarship, eligibility and visa process for higher study in abroad. Process all steps from Admission to Visa for INDIA, UK, Canada, Australia, USA & Europe. Process foreign university application, admission, and scholarship and Visa application. Communicate directly with foreign institutions regarding application, admission and scholarship. To consult with the students and guardians about admission procedure of foreign universities & countries. Build a strong relationship with the students over the phone and face to face. Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and write SOP for Visa Applications.

Location: Dhaka (Green Road, Panthapath)

Responsibilities:

• Highly knowledge regarding study abroad and Foreign Universities. 
• Provide accurate actual information about universities and courses direct & over the phone.
• Meet & Greet clients make and receive phone calls.
• Assist in administering and executing all the official activities.
• Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
• Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online.
• Necessary training will be provided.
• Make good relationship with students and guardians.
