∎ Ability to think creatively and generate unique solutions to support student needs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proactively engage with students to address their concerns and provide necessary information.
∎ Proactively Engage with students in social media (FB, Insta, LinkedIn)
∎ Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assist students in overcoming academic and personal challenges.
∎ Utilize social media platforms creatively to promote company awareness among students.
∎ Apply a creative and out-of-the-box approach to foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
∎ Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office to maintain records and generate reports effectively.
∎ Offer innovative solutions and strategies to support student well-being and academic success.
∎ Active participation in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to engage with the student community
∎ Strong Knowledge of Student Engagement Content Writing in Bangla & English
∎ Strong passion for helping and guiding students.
∎ Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with students effectively
∎ Demonstrated intelligence and quick thinking in addressing student concerns and challenges.
