∎ Experience in counseling students over the phone and in person.
∎ Experience in communication with different foreign universities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities.Knowledge of overseas Universities, Courses, Programs, etc.
∎ Able to guide students on application procedures, visa applications, accommodation, etc.
∎ Able to convey accurate information to clients on Courses, Colleges, and Universities of countries like the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
∎ Able to handle the related query of parents/students face to face and over the phone and email.
∎ Stay updated about the various programs offered by different overseas Colleges/Universities.
∎ Able to maintain database and share multiple client reports with supervisor.
∎ Coordinate and communicate with foreign colleges/Universities on different issues.
∎ Organize and manage events to promote Universities represented by the Company.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal, communication (both Bangla and English), presentation, and computer skills.
