Educational Requirements:
∎ BA/Horns and Masters (Education, Management, Communications, Journalism, Public Administration etc.)
∎ O' level and A' level are highly preferred, Having IELTS score 7
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in the admissions decision making process as student applications and concession applications are evaluated and accepted or denied
∎ Handling complaints, queries & suggestions of parents and guardians
∎ Coordinating with all the departments and providing proper feedback to the parents
∎ Set annual new student admission targets and do necessary planning to attain them
∎ Collecting and analyzing student data to evaluate and monitor annual student admissions
∎ Prepare detailed monthly-yearly reports
∎ Update school website regularly with the latest information
∎ Regularly monitor all social media communications and queries with parents and prospective parents
∎ Coordinate & monitor CAIE Exam Registration
∎ Assist with school performances and special events
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Knowledge of communication practices and techniques
∎ Excellent IT skill
∎ Outstanding Written and verbal communication skill
∎ Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
∎ Up to date on industry trend and able to stay ahead of the curve
∎ Must be able to think analytically and strategically
∎ Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
∎ Showing professionalism when dealing with visitors, students, parents, colleagues and community
∎ Meets professional obligations through efficient work habits, such as: meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordination
∎ Can maintain good professional working relationship with colleagues, Line Manager and administrators
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
