Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To consult with the students and guardians face to face, over the phone/online regarding admission procedures for selected universities and countries.
∎ Strong customer service and relationship management skills with our clients. Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as per required students’ necessary documents, received emails and application process.
∎ Keeping up to date with immigration laws for the UK. always up to date about university requirements.
∎ Organize events including meetings, seminars, workshops, and focus groups, and produce subsequent reports & presentations.
