We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Structural Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery and a comprehensive understanding of structural design principles, building codes, and engineering software.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, analysis, and planning of new structural projects, as well as modifications to existing ones.

• Perform complex calculations and use engineering software to ensure the stability, strength, and durability of structures.

• Oversee and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance and technical expertise.

• Collaborate effectively with architects, project managers, and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

• Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and project documentation for internal use and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering.

• Licensing: Must hold a valid The Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) license.

• Technical Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of structural analysis, design principles, and building materials (steel, concrete, timber, masonry).

  • Proficient in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis programs (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or similar).

  • Deep understanding of local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations.
