Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Studies

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Copy writing/ Script Writing, Strategic Communication, Strategic Planning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Producing original, clear, persuasive and credible ideas/messages/scripts/storyboards and present these to clients and colleagues
∎ Conceptualizing ideas and stories by an understanding of audience psychology and making decisions according to that.
∎ Making out of the box, creative strategies for campaigns and communications using different tools like videos, communication designs, tech experiences, games, etc.
∎ Researching and gathering data to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients.
∎ Demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and efficiency when writing, revising, editing, or proofreading.
∎ Generating interesting, accurate, and exciting content ideas for our target market needs and maintain content writing calendar
∎ Working collaboratively with team members to track and analyze campaign performance to ensure performance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 46 years
∎ Strong portfolio demonstrating your knowledge and expertise
∎ Three or more years of industry experience
∎ Communication is the key. We have a diversified portfolio. Recruit needs to be able to communicate not only with internal stakeholders but also with management & external clients/parties.
∎ Take ownership of a campaign or project from initial conception through release while also assisting others when the need arises.
∎ Recruit needs to be a self-starter and proactive.
∎ Ability to learn and teach new marketing technologies and skills as introduced.
∎ Sound mature judgment and decision-making ability.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure.
∎ Creativity and problem-solving attitude.

Salary: Tk. 38000 - 50000 (Monthly)
