Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain inventory of Yarn and Grey store by using ERP Software.
- Receive store materials from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approved document.
- Ensure all receive and Distribution of Yarn and Grey fabric are properly documented and released.
- Must maintain proper records, tags and track surplus properly.
- Prepare monthly stock report regularly & Maintain store ledger properly.
- Submit purchase requisition to purchase department.
- Must generate regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Maintain all kinds of document such as yarn stock report, yarn receiving report, monthly production/consumption report .
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse and store housekeeping.
- Maintain standard of storage procedure to prevent damage of goods .
- Any other task assigned by the management.
