We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Keeper to oversee the efficient operation of our store. The Store Officer will be responsible for ensuring stock accuracy, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a well-organized and secure storage area. This role requires strong skills in MS Office, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and reduce wastage.
Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of goods in accordance with company policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment.
Implement and manage a systematic storage arrangement for easy retrieval and tracking.
Ensure proper labeling and tagging of all items.
Prepare and maintain inventory reports, stock usage trends, and replenishment schedules in excel.
Generate reports on stock movement, shortages, and surplus for management review.
Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory standards.
Address and resolve store-related issues promptly.
Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials, if applicable.
Regularly inspect store premises for safety and maintenance issues.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and other teams to meet supply demands.
