Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting information System, Cost Management
∎ CMA/CA Qualified with Masters in Accounting or Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ CMA/CA Qualified with MBA .
∎ Job experience in knit composite industry will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Costing, Budget, Financial planning and evaluation of development projects as per company requirement. Monitors, interprets & communicates variations in cost and revenue.
∎ Implement section/line costing, budget and reporting procedure and systems.
∎ Setting costing standard and upgrading of systems as per requirement and Implement budgetary control as per plan.
∎ Review business processes software and ensures product costing and financial reporting delivered from business process software.
∎ Ensure reconciliation of cost & financial ledger and reporting as per management requirement.
∎ Works with marketing management to evaluate the financial impact of all pricing decisions including discounting and promotional pricing.
∎ Ensure monitors costs and highlights any operational management deviations from plan, both actual and potential.
∎ Reporting on cash flow & working capital management.
∎ Reporting on projected cash flow & income statement based on rolling forecast settled in the S&OP.
∎ Monitor and follow-up all the development projects and evaluates the financial benefits.
∎ Monitor the pre-cost and post cost variance for every style and taking initiative to minimize the variance.
∎ Suggest the cost improvement plan for each expense head.
∎ Ensure that professional finance standards are followed and financial resources are appropriate, sufficient and effectively deployed to achieve the approved plan.
∎ To lead on Financial Management and risk assessments for scale up/down for emergencies.
∎ To make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor management's response and implementation
∎ Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities, arranging financial audits and reviews as required
∎ Establish risk-based finance plans to set out the priorities of the financial function, consistent with the organizational objectives.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of self & work process /system.

∎ Should have strong knowledge on Information Technology, project implementation / evaluation and Cost & Budget
∎ Cost allocation to different section/line/style.
∎ Collection of reliable and real time data.
∎ Works closely with operational management to identify cost delivers.
∎ Able to manage people and management activities.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic, innovative, strategic thinker and capable to work under pressure
∎ Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
