Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with customer service team to ensure utmost satisfaction of the customer.Coordinate with supply chain & manufacturing team to meet customer urgencies.Monitor & follow-up customer service and commercial team for debtor management and achieve planned Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).To manage & develop the business of territory.Respond to service issues or complaints and resolve fairly while maintaining and improving customer relationships.Provide outstanding customer service.Anticipate customer preferences and ensure optimum order capture.Meet monthly sales target by category.Supports business managers to achieve company goals.Monitor market trend movement and generate monthly report for territory alignment to achieve business objectives.
