Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/B.com (Major in Accounting)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directs cash management operations to include daily cash administration, management of current accounts and bank relations.
∎ Completes all cash management set-up documentation for new and existing department processes; prepares correspondence and proposals directed to and for cash management.
∎ Handle day to day petty cash transaction.
∎ Maintain day to day cash register (ERP).
∎ Checking document/instruments of the petty cash expenses, and prepares the summary of payments for submission to audit department.
∎ Proper documentation and file management.
∎ Ensure timely cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
∎ Preparing all the vouchers (cash related).
∎ Monitoring bill & voucher preparation & posting to the system.
∎ Keep record and track employee related expenses and adjust accordingly.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only Males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years experience for Sr. Executive post
∎ 5 years experience for Asst. Manager post
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
