Responsibilities & Context:
Handle all visa-related tasks as per Travel Agency Tourist Visa Section rules.
Provide consultation to clients regarding Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand and European visa categories.
Guide clients for Student Visa, Visit Visa,
Maintain strong communication with clients through calls, meetings, emails, and official correspondence.
Prepare, verify, and submit required visa documents.
Maintain proper documentation and follow up on each client case.
Maintain professional behavior and represent the company positively.
