Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (Pass) in English,, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Service Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Customer Service

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Student Consultancy, Visa Processing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working on International admission application through University Online Portal (unsupervised)
∎ Writing SOP, Motivation Letter, Essay etc. for admission application (Excellent writing skill)
∎ An expert user of Google Drive, Cloud drive, Outlook, Gmail, WhatsApp, Zoom, MS Teams etc.
∎ Email communication with universities and with any stakeholders
∎ Knowledge about Visa & Immigration services & process for first world country
∎ Basic IT skills, Office administration skills, knowledge of Banking
∎ Client support service, counseling, continuous follow up with client and team members
∎ Excellent English language skills
∎ Be pro-active, efficient and must be punctual
∎ Improve work-flow and coordination of each tasks
∎ Ability to work independently and unsupervised
∎ Daily reporting to Supervisor and Line Manager
∎ Any ad-hoc duties provided by supervisor/line manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 31 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ IELTS score more than 5.5 is highly acceptable.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales Incentive
