Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and forward outgoing calls as needed. Manage the Facebook page, messages, and reminders for relevant officers.
Receive admission forms, messages, and documents, ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate person.
Communicate fluently in English & Bangla.
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.
Display patience and good manners when interacting with clients.
Submit daily work reports.
Commit to working with us for at least 1 year.
