Sr. Staff Nurse/ Staff Nurse - ICU/NICU/CCU/Pediatrics/Dialysis/OT

• Develop objectives for the management of the unit and submit to Nursing Administration.

• Maintain staff discipline.

• Delegate and designate nursing duties to ensure all patient care is carried out in a timely and effective manner.

• Ensure quality of patient care is maintained including compliance with prescribed treatment and hospital policy.

• Utilize all personal available to obtain maximum patient-care services.

• Evaluate and appraise work performed by all in patient nursing staff members and provide staff with information necessary for improving the performance of their jobs.

• Identify and investigate nursing problems grievances and assist to resolve them.

• Assist with orientation of new personnel to working area participated in continuing educational program and clinical nurse training.

• Conduct regular staff meetings and submit minutes of these meeting to HOD.

• Report and document all accidents / incident to patients, visitors, staff.Report promptly any unusual occurrence to the Nursing HOD.

• Perform extra duties & any other task assign by the authority.
