∎ In context, we are looking for a suitable candidate as Sr. Software Engineer role to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. The recruit will have to communicate with developers and product teams to ensure the development of our product goals and contribute in ruthless innovation to help us lead the market.
∎ Job Location Tejgaon, Dhaka Division
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and develop reusable, easy to understand, documented codebase of products that are intended to achieve certain product goals
∎ Manage cross functional development teams focused to drive results that are critical for achieving goals
∎ Developing the company’s strategy for using latest technical stacks
∎ Developing objectives and strategies for the implementation of innovative solutions while optimizing existing systems, applications, and information ensure alignment with its business goals
∎ Contribute in recruiting, training and building respective teams
∎ Contribute to leadership team with required information
∎ Monitor OKRs and technology budgets to assess technological performance, ensure functionality and efficiency
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working Experience in both Android & Flutter will be preferable.
∎ Must have experience with IoT and technology product development
∎ Proven experience as a similar leadership role is a plus
∎ Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
∎ Knowledge and experience in whole aspects of Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Enterprise Software Development, Security, Server Architecture etc
∎ Should have exposure to PHP (Raw PHP and multiple frameworks), Javascript, React and other frontend and backend development stacks.
∎ Should have experience regarding distributed system architectures.
∎ Should have proper understanding about TCP, http and mqtt based hardware communication protocols
∎ Understanding of budgets and business-planning
∎ Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Leadership and organizational abilities
