∎ Master in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & check workers bill, driver’s bill, transport bill & vouchers of the depot expense and send it to Head Office (3 times in a month) with the approval of Depot In-charge.
∎ Maintain necessary Accounts & Invoicing Register such as Petty Cash, Ledger Book, & Stock Register, etc.
∎ Receive daily sales order & prepare invoices.
∎ Prepare payroll of Casual worker and submit to the Payroll department with the approval of Depot In-charge.
∎ Keep records of attendance, leave and staff absence due to CL/SL and take appropriate action as instructed by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years’ experience in depot Accounts will be given preference.
∎ Good command over MS Office suite. Especially in MS Excel

Salary: Negotiable
