∎ Age 28 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze future style and do preproduction activities for ensuring back to back layout change.
∎ Co-ordination with planning department for allocation of style according to floor/line strength,  & capacity.
∎ Make capacity graph and balance the line to achieve targeted efficiency.
∎ Increase skill inventory and record to meet the future demand.
∎ Balance all sewing lines with proper skill allocation.
∎ Do the time & method study to upskill the unskilled operator.
∎ Deskill the process and reduce SMV by method study and automation.
∎ Monitor the ETS system running with proper function.
∎ Able to prepare the style bulletin accurately with correct SMV.
∎ Any other task given by management.
