• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Preferred IPE/Textile background but others also ok if have good technical experience.

• Having knowledge on GSD/PMTS/MTM will be considered as additional advantage.

• Must be good knowledge in Excel.

• Must have sound knowledge on all sewing process.

• Analyze future style and do preproduction activities for ensuring back to back layout change.

• Co-ordination with planning department for allocation of style according to floor/line strength,  & capacity.

• Make capacity graph and balance the line to achieve targeted efficiency.

• Increase skill inventory and record to meet the future demand.

• Balance all sewing lines with proper skill allocation.

• Do the time & method study to upskill the unskilled operator.

• Deskill the process and reduce SMV by method study and automation.

• Monitor the ETS system running with proper function.

• Able to prepare the style bulletin accurately with correct SMV.

• Any other task given by management.
