Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain day to day operation of the Finance Department, ERP Treasury, ledger, Journal entry, Voucher
∎ Preparation, Invoice register, Bill register, and daily transaction.
∎ Entry all kinds of financial adjustment transactions in ERP software.
∎ Maintain cash flow, other financial and banking transactions.
∎ Collect & reconcile all Banking related transactions/Statements
∎ Control all related works of the Finance Department. Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management.
∎ Prepare the monthly budget for operation and monitor & control the cost in accordance with the budget.
∎ Manage the prompt and accurate data entry of pricing, promotions, costing, and depletion information.
∎ Ensure timely loan payments with Companies' policies, procedures, and guidelines;
∎ Prepare, analyze, and interpret Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Financial Statements.
∎ Preparation of all kinds of financial reports, presentations as per management requirements.
∎ Work experience with a renowned audit firm.
∎ Ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 03 years’ experience in any export-oriented Textile or Garments industry.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated, and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Conducted any assignment assigned by the management from time to time.
