Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities using accounting software to record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
∎ Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
∎ Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records to maintain accuracy.
∎ Manage cash flow by monitoring, forecasting, and reporting on cash positions.
∎ Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
∎ Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
∎ Collaborate with the Head of Accounts to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
∎ Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
∎ Provide administrative and other support to the finance department as required.
