Responsibilities & Context:
The position is responsible for carrying out dye house automation operations, ensuring timely dyeing processes, improving operational efficiency, and resolving technical issues related to dyeing.
Overall responsibility for dyeing automation operations
Operation and maintenance of auto dispensing systems including RD96-1, RD96-2, Chemical Dispensing System, SLD, TBCS, and EMTS
Ensure timely dispensing of dyes, chemicals, salt, soda, and caustic soda to all dyeing machines (17 THIES and 1 FONGS)
Ensure proper dissolving and timely supply of dyes and chemicals as per dyeing requirements
Prepare and submit consumption reports for dyes, chemicals, salt, and soda
Add new recipes and update existing recipes based on lab dip requirements and reserve them in the master system
Repair equipment, replace parts, and supervise automation workers
Ensure safety compliance and perform any other tasks assigned by management
