Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the end-to-end student admission process for universities and colleges across the UK, Europe, Australia, and Canada — from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
Evaluate and verify application documents (academic transcripts, financials, SOPs, LORs, etc.) to ensure accuracy and compliance with institutional and visa guidelines.
Coordinate with international university partners and admission offices to ensure timely processing of offers, CAS issuance, and other admission-related communication.
Maintain and update the student application database/CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing regular status reports to management.
Ensure strict adherence to country-specific compliance and visa regulations (UKVI, IRCC, DHA, etc.) and internal quality standards.
Assist students in preparing visa documentation, addressing GTE or credibility interview requirements, and providing pre-departure guidance.
Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to support student recruitment activities, such as admission campaigns, education fairs, and webinars.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agents, counselors, and alumni networks to expand student recruitment channels.
Monitor and report on application trends, conversion rates, and compliance metrics, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and student satisfaction.
Share the updates of Universities/immigration rules to the counselor/ student accordingly.
