∎ Master in Accounting / M.COM / MBA with Major in Finance & Banking
∎ CA Certificate Level will added value.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tally Software operation & preparation of monthly Financial Statement
∎ Monthly Balance preparation related activities
∎ Trial Balance preparation
∎ Monthly Salary & Wages sheet preparation for disbursement through Bank
∎ Monthly Budget VS Actual sheet (Income & Expenditure) Preparation
∎ Help to preparation of daily demand sheet, daily collection & Advice collection adjustment
∎ Overtime & other payment sheet preparation
∎ Employee Pay slip & other payment sheet preparation
∎ All Bank voucher preparation
∎ All Bank Loan (LTR, STL, EDF, FL, UPAS, TL, DL,) liaison with Banks And voucher preparation & posting
∎ Will assist to Head of Department for costing & Budget works
∎ Necessary works of Employees PF fund
∎ Export sales & party analysis
∎ Checking of all rebates on sales commission
∎ Salary AIT sheet with challan preparation
∎ Keeping all Banks related file update
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have good command over Microsoft Office.
Salary: Negotiable
