Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monthly Cash flow Projection Report & Update actual Time to time Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales data in Quantity & Value, Comparison Budget with actual Product costing, Time to time update costing sheet as per RM Price & others Exp.
∎ Calculated Import RM Landed coast & Prepare purchase voucher (Imported Item)Monthly Inventory Valuation Report & posting to Tally Project Related All report Like Budget, RM purchase, bill Collection, VAT, AIT, & other Deduction monitoring.
∎ Weekly Report to HOD for Payment, Purchase & Collection.
∎ Tracking C & F Bill Check payment requisition.
∎ Check & Sign for All Voucher.
∎ Submit RTGS and Bank Transfer.
∎ Budgeted & Actual Cash flow Preparing & Update.
∎ Daily posting follow up by Tally software Monthly posting follow up by Tally software Communication with factory and procurement team for material related issue.
∎ Decision support to marketing team.
∎ Create All New Party/supplier Ledger to Tall software.
∎ Check & Monitoring Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Check & confirm Ledger Balance to HR for Final Settlement of Employee.
∎ Remainder Email flow up to Employee for Advance.
∎ Adjustment Ledger Balance Confirmation to all department as per requirement.
∎ Calculation Landed cost for Imported Document.
∎ Prepare Intercompany Interest on ledger balance.
