• Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the garments accessories specially in packaging sector.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Sr. Manager/AGM in sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, production) to ensure seamless operations.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
