Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Preferred Retired Army Officer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To watch over the entire Safety and Security of the factory & go-down areas.
∎ To give innovative ideas to improve security system to maintain safety & security in factory & other area.
∎ To give advance effort on observing through CCTV camera systems.
∎ To respond to all emergencies promptly as on when arises /required.
∎ To ensure continuous patrolling to the security posts and around the office & factory / go-down premises.
∎ To check all the registers those are being maintained in the security posts.
∎ To attend the important guests and ensure their protocol.
∎ To lead, appraise and train the security personnel / forces.
∎ To follow up on the third party's security service deployed in different posts.
∎ To produce necessary reports, records, and documents to the management from time to time.
∎ To maintain liaison with the different government entities in respect of security & safety.
∎ Have to take part in Crisis Management and Close Protection to the VIP of Group
∎ Using intelligence also have to provide early warning about any risk factors of the industries
∎ Keep Group Management informed regarding the latest security-related matters and advice as demand necessary.
∎ To check & verify the bill & expenses related to security.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Commissioned Army officer ( Not below the rank of Captain/Ex-Police Inspector).
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Hard working
∎ Height 5 feet 6 inches minimum
∎ Good physical fitness.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Computer knowledge is essential.
Salary: Negotiable
