• M. Com. Accounting. CACC with proven experience /CA or CMA partly qualification will get preference.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Financial Management in reputable Export Oriented Garment organizations.

• As a key member of the Financial Management Team, the prospective candidate will assume a strategic leading role in the overall management of the company`s finances and accounts. This critical role involves overseeing the organization’s financial operations and financial management

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company`s long-term goals and objectives.

Financial Reporting:

• Manage and ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, adhering to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

• Help to prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports using data from the accounting system.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and deliver actionable insights to the corporate management to support strategic planning.

• Develop various financial models and costing analyses as and when required.

Accounting Operations:

• Supervise daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and the general ledger.

Tax & Vat Management:

• Supervise the annual tax & vat processes and coordinate with tax authorities to ensure compliance.

Internal Control:

• Effective and efficient operation Internal Audit and Compliance Services.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, cultivate a high-performance culture, and oversee.

Strategic Financial Advice:

• Provide strategic financial insights on a per-requisition basis to the Chairman, Managing Director and Board of Directors to support decision-making.
