∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Internal Audit, VAT & Tax, Accounts, Finance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG/Food Manufacturing Company/ Group of Companies.
∎ Expert in handling Tally Software.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
∎ Problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
∎ 8 years above experience in related field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the planning of the whole accounts and financial audits.
∎ Monitoring the audit assignments effectively, developing audit team, allocating audit resources, defining deadlines and be seen as some role model & sound personnel for any sort of decision regarding program issue.
∎ Review & monitor of internal control system and recommend improvements of internal control system.
∎ Inspect cash on hand, notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities, and canceled checks to confirm records are accurate.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on audit finding for the management.
∎ Develop, introduce and implement proper audit process whenever needed in accordance with management approval.
∎ Liaison with Managers, senior officers and respective unit personnel's in the planning and conduct of audit and ensuring all procedures are updates and communicated to audit team.
∎ Advice on different issues related with progress and improvement of Audit Department
∎ Handling VAT Audit conducted by VAT Authorities and other Govt. Auditors.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
