Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position shall be responsible for handling sale of MS bar/ Rod and leading the sales team
∎ Must have the experience to work with Corporate House ,Real Estate, Developers and Contractor
∎ The position requires experience to deal with MES/ PWD/ LGRD/ Education Engineering, and other Govt. Department.
∎ The applicant should have efficient communication and negotiation skill to deal with potential buyers.
∎ To execute sales plans for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
∎ The applicant should be efficient in finding out appropriate segments for selling product
∎ To ensure fair communication with customers and smooth handle of corporate clients..
∎ Excellent manner with good team player and leadership quality to lead the team
∎ Must have verifiable accomplishments in strategically planning, implementing and improving the sales growth of organization
∎ Monthly/yearly sales forecasting & planning and achieve the target.
∎ Ability to take up challenges and maintain significant growth in business.
∎ Should have analytical knowledge of sales ,market trend and activities of competitors
∎ Co-ordinates with the production team in order to make on time delivery to achieve continuous sales growth.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Applicant should have experience in following area (s): Business Development, customer relationship management and corporate sales and marketing.
∎ The candidate should be smart, intelligent and team player: must have fluency in Bengali and English language and proven skill in negotiation, building inter-personal relationship and attitude to work in challenging environment.
