Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA, MBA major in Marketing or M.Sc. in Chemistry with MBA in Marketing from a leading Institute/University.
∎ MBA in Marketing with science background will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for Marketing & Sales and promoting products & services of the company and take all possible actions to enhance the sales of products.
∎ He must assist Head of Business for various sales and marketing activities.
∎ He must do necessary market research, reporting and documentation.
∎ He must assist in budgeting and developing business plan.
∎ He must communicate to different stakeholder for various marketing activities, aiding in organizing technical seminars/workshop.
∎ Achieve Marketing & Sales operational objectives.
∎ Taking strategic plan for expanding market size & implementing rapid sales growth strategy
∎ Identifying Marketing opportunities by picking out customer requirements.
∎ Sorting SWOT Analysis & taking necessary action.
∎ Achieving monthly & yearly sales target of the company.
∎ Maintain necessary coordination with the accounts, customer care & commercial department for payment collection.
∎ Regularly update the sales collection information to the Management
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 08 -10 years experience in Marketing & Sales, preferably in Apparel Industry.
∎ Experience in Apparel Industry will be an added advantage.
∎ He shall be competent enough to handle a TEAM independently.
∎ Excellent communication, customer relationship & negotiation skills are essential.
∎ The ideal candidate should be smart, intelligent, and well conversant in English.
∎ Should be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Good Command over MS Office and sound in e-mail operation for local and international communication.
∎ Willing to travel across the country.
Salary: Negotiable
