∎ To ensure an effective Sales Organization in the Region to achieve agreed market share / sales turnover and the contribution.
∎ To provide leadership to Sales & Marketing Strategies for achieving/ retaining sustained competitive advantage for Gulf Oil products.
∎ Target Sectors: Automotive Lubricants/ Auto related Spare parts / Batteries / Industrial Lubricants
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purpose of Role:
∎ 1. Prospecting & appoint new Distributors and interacts with existing customers to increase sales & product availability in given Markets/ territories.
∎ 2. Profitable revenue growth in the designated territory through effective implementation of Company sales strategy through the Distributors and Retail serviced Accounts.
∎ 3. Setting up system & Process at distributor place to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
∎ 4. Ensure all selling and service routines through Distributors are on auto pilot.
∎ Key Result /Accountabilities expected from role:
∎ 1. Right selection of Retail Distributors and lead in setting up companies business.
∎ 2. Achieve Targets for Revenue, Reach and profitability.
∎ 3. Establish and Drive customer advocacy (Key Dealers/ Influencers) for Gulf.
∎ 4. Drive and ensure adherence to world class sales call
∎ 5. Proposed and execute local Activation.
∎ Key long term challenges faced in the role:
∎ 1. Extensive travel
∎ 2. DB Management in terms of size, scale, and managing their performance
∎ 3. Managing multiple priorities, managing workload within tight deadlines
∎ 4. To work within a framework of policies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 5-8 years of work experience in Sales with reputed Multi-national/ Local companies.
∎ Strong relationship management skills
∎ Working technical knowledge about automobiles and lubricants
∎ Computer skills - should be comfortable working on Word / Excel / Power point.
∎ Strong communication skills in English / Hindi and one vernacular language.
∎ Should posse's ability to plan, analyze market information / market trends / company policies.
∎ Successful track record in Sales channel development & compulsory understanding of sales process.
∎ Man management skills
∎ Self driven / Positive attitude
∎ Should be target oriented
∎ Aggressive
∎ Should be willing to be located/ allocated across geographies.
