Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Depot In charge to be responsible for Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Customer Order fulfillment, Transport Management & HSE. The goal is to manage the entire depot operation to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
∎
∎ Scope of work:
∎ Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
∎ Liaison with Sales Team & HO, Supervise depot workforce
∎ Manage & keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, logistics costs and efficiency
∎ HSE in WH & Land Transportation
∎ Resolve any arising problems or complaints
∎ Prepare relevant MIS reports time to time as per company requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Warehouse Management:
∎ Inventory Analysis
∎ Inventory & Stock Management
∎ Managing Periodic & statutory stock audits
∎
∎ Customer Support:
∎ Coordinating with sales for compilation of Customer orders received and keeping track of pending orders
∎ Ensure delivery challan and VAT challan
∎ Replenishment of materials for unexecuted orders
∎ Handling customer's complaints and resolving them in co-ordination with other depts.
∎
∎ Transport Management:
∎ Monitoring & Controlling of Transportation/freight costs finding methods to optimize freight costs.
∎ Checking/passing of Bills of Transporters and other service providers.
∎ Ensure adherence of HSE procedures in Land Transportation.
∎
∎ MIS:
∎ Create various reports as per the management's requirements
∎ Should be logical and analytical and ensure data integrity in all MIS reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Team player and positive attitude with winning spirit, demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
∎ Self starter, confident and hard working, capability to work along with group in stressful conditions.
∎ Proficient in Tally
