∎ To make our activities more productive we are seeking pro-active dynamic personnel to fill up our team of Exhibition Coordinators (Senior Executives / Executives) with the following requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, schedules and coordinates product development for a specific exhibition
∎ Conduct effective R&D and communicate with third parties to ensure the success of the exhibition
∎ Assist to develop exhibition execution plans and budget considering Target Audition
∎ Proactively coordinate all operations with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of Goods
∎ Coordinates immediate supervisor and ensure effective participation to secured required outputs
∎ Take necessary actions to facilitates and promote the exhibitions and follow up regularly
∎ Completes documentation as required in a thorough and timely manner
∎ Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports on ROI
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
