∎ Training/Trade Course: ISO 9000, Quality Managment System,QMS
∎ Skills Required: Communication skill, Computer skill, Decision making, team work
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
QC & Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage database all IOSA Standards and Recommended Practices,
∎ Continually monitor that all IOSA Standards are in conformity,
∎ Continuously liaise with all relevant dept. for IOSA
∎ Arrange a meeting with all depts., concerns, and keep minutes of the meeting,
∎ Follow up actions of the meetings,
∎ Prepare action plan for the year and for the project,
∎ Monitor that all depts. Are being taken action as per plan,
∎ Prepare and monitor conformance reports,
∎ Prepare report if any deviation is found,
∎ Prepare audit/inspection report,
∎ Conduct audit/inspection regular basis,
∎ Evaluate Corrective actions taken by the depts. Concerns,
∎ Continuous monitoring of audit finding until all findings are closed,
∎ Maintain meeting plan with depts., concern,
∎ Keep updated the Director Corporate Standard and IOSA
