To strengthen our Marketing & Sales team, we are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated professional for the position of Sr. Executive/Deputy Manager – Marketing & Sales. The selected candidate will play a vital role in promoting our premium real estate and hospitality projects, achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and enhancing the company’s brand value in a highly competitive market.

Responsibilities:

  • Making plan for individual and as a team player to achieve the given sales target by the team leader/company.

  • Monitoring marketing activities.

  • Following up sales and collection activities.

  • Ensuring strong presence, visibility & confidence in presenting company products.

  • Preparing reports regarding sales and others in the end of every working day.

  • Keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.

  • Managing relationships and service quality & standards.

  • Providing market intelligence to support business for strategic planning.
