Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develops a purchasing strategy.
∎ Reviews and processes purchase orders.
∎ Maintains records of goods ordered and received.
∎ Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers.
∎ Builds and maintains relationships with vendors/Suppliers.
∎ Evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price.
∎ Schedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfillment of orders.
∎ Coordinates with fellow managers to monitor inventory and determine supply needs.
∎ Travels to vendor locations.
∎ A reputed 100% Export Oriented Knit & CAP’s/HAT’s manufacturing garments Factory located at Gazipur is looking for an enthusiastic professional who is responsible for sourcing and procuring goods, services, or materials at the best possible price, quality, and delivery time. This role involves negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, ensuring inventory sufficiency, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
