Job Context:
∎ Lead new product development starting from product concept and manage the development process in order to ensure that it meets customer expectation and fulfill their satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interfaces with Marketing, Quality Control, Operations, Purchasing, and other departments regarding QA & PD (Product Development) and support.
∎ Manage and administrate PD and QA department in all aspects e.g. Manpower, capacity,
∎ equipment, facility, etc.
∎ Study and search all info related to new product concept, ingredient or development process and keep update on global product trend and catch up with marketing ng demand.
∎ Responsible for leading and independently managing all Quality control and Quality assurance activities along with development, implementation, and surveillance of QMS and GMP for the purpose of continuous improvement and corrective action at co-manufacture ng unit.
∎ Detect and identify quality issues at the production level at the co-manufacturing unit and help in solving quality-related issues.
∎ Streamlined QA process to increase efficiency and reduce new product rollout time.
∎ Assessing the product specification of the company and its suppliers, comparing with market requirements.
∎ Continuously work on developing local and international suppliers.
∎ Continuously work on reducing ingredient and product costs without compromising on product quality.
∎ Organize training sessions for the co-manufacturing unit for production and quality assurance personnel.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
