∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Export/ Import through L/C, Import through LC and TT., Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management, Supply Chain Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Beverage, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and maintain relationships with venders/suppliers.
∎ Estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
∎ Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Review all venders and suppliers.
∎ Maintain purchase records and other important data.
∎ Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
∎ Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies.
∎ Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
∎ Work with team members to complete duties as needed
∎ Maintain and update a list of suppliers.
∎ Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export.
∎ Prepare Export Bill or import invoice as per L/C terms, submit to Banks, and negotiate/Purchase.
∎ Any commercial related task is given by the management.
