Job Context:
∎ Global Leaf Tobacco Company Ltd is an export oriented tobacco processing company of HB-Jamil Group of Industries, is looking for the right person in the following position to fulfill the requirements of its dynamic team.
∎ Job Location: Factory, Kushtia
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Monthly Financial statement
∎ Capable of Maintaining Accounts independently.
∎ Preparing fund management report
∎ Preparing any other reports like projected FSs
∎ Preparing fixed assets register
∎ Preparing account receivable and account payable for management
∎ Considering tax & Vat laws in case of bill payment
∎ Preparing payment voucher, receipt voucher and journal voucher
∎ Posting voucher through tally and ERP software or Spread Sheet
∎ Maintaining ledger through tally & ERP or Spread Sheet
∎ Calculating of VDS & TDS etc. and depositing to the Bank through treasury challan.
∎ Preparing and submission of Tax & Vat Return.
∎ Having responsible for all VAT related queries and filings in the proper way, including VAT Books-6.1, 6.2, and 6.3
∎ Ensuring monthly proper TDS deduction from Suppliers.
∎ Accounts preparation on quarterly and monthly basis in accordance with BAS.
∎ Know treasury management & budgetary control system for smooth business operation.
∎ Efficient in Bank correspondence & Transaction management.
∎ Having sound knowledge on bank reconciliation, party ledger reconciliation and stock reconciliation.
∎ Any other task as per assignment given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 years' experience in manufacturing industries.
∎ Having sound knowledge on ERP software and advance MS excel

∎ Negotiable
∎ (based on educational qualification, experience & competencies).
