Job Context:
∎ Global Leaf Tobacco Company Ltd is an export oriented tobacco processing company of HB-Jamil Group of Industries, is looking for the right person in the following position to fulfill the requirements of its dynamic team.
∎ Job Location: Trimohani, Barkhada, Kushtia
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute overall factory operations and Admin, HR & Compliance activities
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory.
∎ Coordinate the daily deployment of labor workers to various work assignment, ensuring and adequate workforce is available to meet operational need.
∎ Build and maintain relationship with international clients and partners.
∎ Attending and exhibiting in international trade shows.
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
∎ Liaison with various Government & Non-Government Offices i.e. Labor Office, Labor Court, Factory Inspector Office, BSTI, Environment Office, Fire & Civil Defense, BIDA, Police Station, Custom Authority and Local Influences etc;
∎ Develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of factory requirement.
∎ Ensure required compliance in the factory premises.
∎ Ensure optimal production as per factory production plan.
∎ Oversee export operations including logistics, documentation and compliance.
∎ Resolve employee's grievance or stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
∎ Ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism.
∎ Any other task as per assignment given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ 5 to 10 year(s) hands on experience on factory operation in manufacturing industry.
∎ Ex-Army Officials in the rank of Major and above.
∎ Age 45-55 (may be relaxed for deserving candidate).
∎ Proficiency of MS Office application.
∎ Proficiency in English to maintain regular international communication via email.
∎ Proven track record of effective team management and leadership.
∎ Ability to procure material for factory, both local and international
∎ Ability to solve problem independently
