Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data to stakeholders.

∎ Develop and manage annual budgets.
∎ Monitor expenditures and analyze variances.

∎ Monitor and manage the company's cash flow.
∎ Ensure there's sufficient cash to meet daily operational needs.

∎ Work closely with other senior executives to form strategic plans based on financial data.
∎ Provide financial insights for potential mergers, acquisitions, or expansions.
∎ Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team.
∎ Ensure continuous professional development and training for the team.
∎ Address any financial concerns or queries from stakeholders.
∎ Oversee financial transactions related to online sales.
∎ Collaborate with IT and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless financial operations online.
∎ Monitor the financial aspects of procurement, inventory, and logistics.
∎ Collaborate with supply chain teams to identify cost-saving or efficiency opportunities.
∎ Communicate financial results and insights to the board, investors, and other key.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1/2 years of experience in online food business or E-Commerce sector.
∎ Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, etc.)
∎ Proficiency in using ERP system, especially those prevalent in the online food business sector.
∎ Advance skills in MS Excel (financial modeling, pivot table, other data analysis tools)
∎ Understanding the financial aspects of food procurement, logistics, inventory management.
∎ Familiarity with online transaction system, payment gateways, and financial dynamics of e-commerce.
∎ Knowledge of financial implications and cost related to food safety regulations.
