Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer interaction and answering customer inquiries.
∎ Problem solving & provide appropriate solutions for customers & follow up to resolve any issues in their customer experience.
∎ Provide first line support to the clients.
∎ Working to a target system, with strict month end deadlines.
∎ Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
∎ Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
∎ Quality Assurance and Upselling or Cross-Selling.
∎ Product Knowledge and adherence to scripts.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer support processes.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
∎ Ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines.
∎ Team Collaboration and Continued Learning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Computer Knowledge
∎ Moderate Skill on MS Word & Excel
∎ Typing Skill
Salary: Tk. 9000 - 12000 (Monthly)
