Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Interaction and Answering Inquiries.
∎ Problem Solving.
∎ Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
∎ Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
∎ Quality Assurance and Upselling or Cross-Selling.
∎ Product Knowledge and adherence to scripts.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer support processes.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
∎ Ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines.
∎ Contribute to the development of training programs for new hires.
∎ Team Collaboration and Continued Learning.
∎ Meeting Attendance and Punctuality
