∎ M. Com/ MBA in Accounting from reputed University.
∎ Professional qualification, such as CA-CC/ CMA / ITP shall be treated as added value.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Corporate Law

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ACCA, Accounting and Finance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely work with payable and receivable; Ensure all payment and receive related documents and maintain proper record management;
∎ Maintain billing schedules and processing invoices (Foreign, Local and all statutory related); handling Inward Remittance;
∎ Plan and Execute Payment schedules;
∎ Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy;
∎ Managing a company's accounts payable and receivable and sending bills and invoices to clients;
∎ Responsible for monitoring and coordinating overall commercial activities of the department, liaising with audit farms, banks, etc.;
∎ Maintain outside liaison with Govt. and non Govt. organization;
∎ Monitoring overall activities of the import and export;
∎ Administer all accounts and budgets for various departments, perform audits.
∎ Coordinate with Administration department and Accounts and Finance department regularly for administrative and fund management activities respectably;
∎ Responsible for prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the management for necessary action;
∎ Ensure bank vouchers document collection and record management i.e. LC Opening;
∎ Ensure bank book entry and bank reconciliation statement; and ensure intercompany balance reconciliation;
∎ Preparation and submission of FDI Report as per Bangladesh Bank requirement.
∎ Maintain secrecy of sensitive financial data by assisting team members and create database and maintenance accurately;
∎ Tracking organization expenses;
∎ Maintain all VAT related registers and Mushaks; Deposit of monthly withholding TDS & VDS
∎ Always keep update and communicate with VAT and customs authority;
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger and other registers related to finance and accounts;
∎ Prepare monthly sales and purchase, inventory and cash flow statement;
∎ To prepare Accounts statement (Monthly, Quarterly/ Yearly);
∎ Capable of maintaining Customer & Supplier payment and adjustment;
∎ Ensure properly and timely record keeping of books of accounts;
∎ Regularly monitor the project expenses to determine expenditure trends and keep cost lines within the approved budget. Make the invoicing and liaise with the projects regarding settlement of financial matters;
∎ Render services and ensure the functions of Administrative and Logistics supports;
∎ Regular reporting to the manager and top management of the company; Prepare Monthly Expense and Management Report.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years direct experience in accounting and administration related works;
∎ ITP (Income Tax Practitioner) shall be treated as added value;
∎ Sound knowledge on VAT, Customs Duty, LC, Income Tax, NBR, RJSC and other regulatory affairs;
∎ Experience in maintaining accounts and financial reporting of projects will be given preference;
∎ Knowledge on computerized accounting system, strong knowledge on ICT particularly on MS Excel, MS Word (both Bangla & English), etc., is essential. Capable to operate Tally-Accounting Software;
∎ Must be fluent in communication both in writing and speaking in English;
∎ Should be self-driven and positive to work;
∎ Proactive and strong interpersonal skill;
∎ Should have "can do' attitude and able to handle multiple tasks managing priorities;
∎ Committed to work following organizational aims, values, principal and policies;
∎ Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills;
∎ Must have leadership capability;
