∎ HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Guide, Travel Agent, Visa Processing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge of worldwide destinations, tours, accommodation, flights, etc.
∎ Expertise in customized itineraries to suit the clients' preferences and budget.
∎ Providing up to date advice on travel regulations.
∎ Clear concepts on all bookings, reservations and refund policies.
∎ Liaison with travel partners, including airlines and hotels and tour operators.
∎ Ensure Reservation & Ticketing according to customers' requirement for Airlines, Hotel & other Packages.
∎ Creating and managing a tour package.
∎ Sound ticketing knowledge on operating Abacus and online based ticketing system.
∎ Should have knowledge to arrange domestic and global package tours.
∎ Ensure Customer Service, Reservation, Ticketing and other front line activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience in recognized travel agency / tourism industry.
∎ Sound knowledge of tourist / business visas and outbound tour packages.
∎ Computer Knowledge (Internet Browsing, MS Office etc).
∎ Good command of spoken and written English.
