∎ Must have 2-3 years experience in this relevant field. candidate who has experiences in digital marketing will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and approach potential clients including corporate, event organisers, and partners to generate group bookings and bulk orders.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business through excellent service and offers.
∎ Visit nearby offices, hotels, and event venues to promote catering or group deals.
∎ Manage and update customer databases and maintain records of sales activity.
∎ Monitor competitors’ sales strategies and adjust plans accordingly.
∎ Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote the restaurant's services, menu, and special events.
∎ Handle all social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and engagement (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
∎ Coordinate with designers or content creators for flyers, menus, banners, posters, and digital promotions.
∎ Organise promotional events, food tasting sessions, and loyalty programs to boost brand awareness.
∎ Monitor and respond to online reviews, feedback, and messages in a professional manner.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly sales & marketing reports showing performance, leads, bookings, and campaign results.
∎ Track ROI of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on results.
∎ Maintain marketing budget and ensure cost-effective promotion.
∎ Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure promotions and events run smoothly.
∎ Represent the restaurant in external meetings, food fairs, and community events.
∎ Ensure all marketing and promotional materials align with the brand identity.
